Standard Delivery
Shipping Timeframe:
Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days. Pre-orders will ship once all items in the order are available. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent upon dispatch.
Shipping Carriers:
We use UPS, USPS, 4PX, or DHL — whichever is the most efficient for your delivery location.
Note: Delivery to non-continental U.S. locations and rural areas may take longer. Delays may occur due to flight disruptions, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Shipping Coverage:
Deliveries are not available to military zones (APO, AP, FPO, AA).
Split Shipments:
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on size and inventory. You will receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split.
Blind Box Shipping Policy
If you purchase multiple single blind boxes and the quantity qualifies for a full set, our warehouse will decide whether to ship individual boxes or a full set based on stock. Customers cannot choose the shipping form.
Duplicate Items: Receiving duplicate items is part of the blind box experience and does not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
